The TechnoSperm group
TechnoSperm is a research group of the University of Girona specialized in reproductive biotechnology. Since its foundation, we have focused efforts on developing advanced techniques for assessment, cryopreservation and manipulation of gametes in species of zootechnical interest and in the field of human assisted reproduction.
The team combines basic and applied research with close collaboration with the private sector, offering technology transfer services to national and international companies.

Generate high-quality scientific knowledge in reproductive biotechnology and transfer it to society through education, publication and business collaboration.

Be an internationally recognized research group in spermatogenesis and assisted reproduction techniques, contributing to sustainable animal production and human reproductive health.
